By filling out the form below you will be scheduled in one of the available time slots and receive appropriate intake forms within one to two days. If appointments have filled up you will be contacted and put on a wait list. On-Site visits are great opportunities to involve evaluations of work setups and associated ergonomics, but evaluations are not limited to these issues - anything you have going on orthopedically can be discussed! Sessions are $225 with discounts offered for packages which can be utilized at future visits to Dr. Harrow's office in Emeryville.
